People often call and ask what we can’t accept for donation. The list is short, but important. Large furniture, big backed TVs or computer monitors, broken or non functioning items, Christmas trees, and other things past their useful life. We cannot take cribs of any kind. We also cannot accept clothing or textile items that have been stored outdoors, in a garage, shed, porch, or storage unit. There are specific reasons for each exclusion. We treasure your donations, but are not equipped with the space or manpower for large items, nor do we have the capacity to pay for disposal of broken electronics or tube items. Thank you for understanding. If you grandma can carry it, and it can fit in a passenger car, it is probably alright. If it requires heavy lifting and a truck to move, it is probably too big for us to handle.
